Orders and availability
Office on-Demand sells office supplies, paper products, breakroom items, cleaning supplies, shipping materials, ID-card supplies, and related business essentials. Product availability, pricing, and delivery estimates may change before checkout is completed.
Payment
Orders are paid through Stripe Checkout. Charges are shown before payment is submitted, including the selected shipping method and any applicable tax calculated at checkout.
Shipping
Standard shipping is available for $7.99 and express shipping is available for $19.99. Most orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary by carrier, destination, item availability, and order review.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Furniture, special-order items, used consumables, and opened technology or ID-card supplies may be limited or subject to restocking fees. Contact support before sending a return.
